Fees for Building Use

Category 1 Events: There is no fee for events that are directly related to Christ United Methodist Church and its missions as well as lead by an active church member. Such events would include but are not limited to Bible studies, service projects, small groups, or church committee meetings.
If your event falls in this category, and is scheduled on Friday, Saturday or Sunday and requires a church staff member to set up or clean up, the service fee is $50.00 paid to our Building Custodian.
If your event falls in this category, and your reservation requires more than two rooms OR has an attendance of more than 50 people, the service fee is $75.00.

Category 2 Events: These are events which are not directly related to the mission of Christ United Methodist Church and/or are not led by an active church member. Such events include but are not limited to birthday parties, community organization meetings, and for-profit business gatherings.
Daily Rental Fees are as follows:
- Room A $35.00
- Room B-$55.00
- Room C- $35.00
- Kitchen Use-$75.00
- Family Life Center-$200.00
- Sanctuary-$100.00
- Great Hall- $35, or free with the use of any other room
