By completing this form, I am submitting an appointment request and price quote inquiry.In response, I will receive an email with an appointment time and date option and a general price quote. I understand that pricing is subject to change once I arrive to my appointment, as online photos do not always reflect the what my hair looks like in person. Your appointment in salon will begin with a 15 minute full consultation to refine the plan for service. Generally, new guests are able to be seen within 4-6 weeks of appointment submission request, but guests with limited availability may have to wait up to 12 weeks to be seen.  I understand that we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy and if I do cancel my appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or no show my appointment, I may be subject to a late cancellation fee and be banned from booking future appointments with the salon. I understand that this business does not offer refunds under any circumstance, and any requested adjustments must be communicated within 24 hours of the initial service.
