Sponsorship Agreement Form & Payment

The Falls Church High School Athletic Booster Club is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Our tax identification number is 54-1972335. Please make checks payable to Falls Church High School Athletic Boosters Club or pay online. Payment must accompany the Sponsorship Agreement Form.

SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT

• In return for advertising and recognition services associated with this Contract and provided during the duration of this agreement, the above referenced Company or “Sponsor” agrees to provide full monetary consideration identified with the sponsorship level selected to the Falls Church High School Jaguar Athletic Boosters, “Boosters.” The term of the Agreement shall expire on June 30, 2026, unless otherwise specified above.

• Sponsor agrees to hereby waive, release, and hold harmless Falls Church High School; Falls Church High School Administration, Faculty, Staff, and Coaches; Falls Church Jaguar Athletic Booster Club; including its volunteers, agents, affiliates or sponsors from any liability, injury, or damages incurred at any time as a result of their contributing sponsorship to the Boosters.

• Boosters are not responsible for loss of Sponsorship exposure due to vandalism, weather, or other circumstances beyond the control of the Boosters. All promotional and advertising materials shall remain in the possession of the Boosters.

• The Boosters reserve the right, at any time, to remove all advertising or promotional materials as a result of nonpayment and further reserve the right as to the final approval of all promotional or advertising material or content.

• Payment is due upon receipt of this Contract unless otherwise specified and a written agreement received.
• Please note our facilities are currently undergoing renovation, and while we remain committed to providing meaningful brand exposure, some marketing elements may be limited or adjusted this year. We appreciate your continued support and understanding during this transition.

By virtue of the following signature, the Sponsor and Boosters agree to the considerations listed on this contract and admit to the proper authority to grant said considerations.
