TCA Venue Rentals Request Application
Thank you for considering Tempe Center for the Arts for your upcoming event.
Please note the following information before proceeding to our Venue Rental Request Form:
The booking calendar will open at 12:00 a.m. on April 1, 2026, for event dates occurring between September 1, 2026, and June 30, 2027.
Submission forms received prior to April 1 for dates within this timeframe will not be accepted.
Rental request forms go through a review process on Mondays and Thursdays, and you can expect an update shortly after regarding the status of your request.
If Monday is a holiday, the forms will be reviewed on Tuesday.
The 593-seat Theater will undergo scheduled maintenance for the majority of July and throughout the month of August. During this period, the space will be largely unavailable for rentals. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you back to an enhanced rental experience.
