Cancellation Policy: Individual class scratches will be refunded 50%. Whole competition scratches will be refunded 25%. Must formally scratch to receive any refund - "no shows" for the whole competition or for individual classes will not be refunded as we do not know you are not coming and the competition will be paused waiting for you.

CloverField K9 will break participants into appropriate divisions based on dog size and experience level to keep this fun and give all sizes and experience levels a chance to succeed. If you think we have misplaced you, feel free to inquire, but the ultimate decision is in the hands of competition management.

Divisions (will also be broken down into sizes):

Rookie (ramp jumpers)

Novice (less experienced jumpers, jumping off the dock)

Masters (more experienced jumpers, jumping off the dock)

CloverField K9 retains the right to combine or split classes, should entries warrant.
Please select all the classes you'd like to enter: (please note there is no difference between Distance Dives 1, 2, and 3. They are 3 turns of the same distance-jumping event. Each Dive will be judged individually. Feel free to enter one dive, or all three). Each class will be divided up into separate divisions based on dog size and experience at CloverField K9's discretion after we have a better sense of entries. Grand Champion prizes will be awarded in the Novice and Masters divisions - compete in all 3 distance dives to be considered. Ramp jumpers cannot compete in the Boom Catch class.

Handlers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Handlers under 12 must have an adult on the dock with them.
Pricing and Discount Opportunities:

Practice Distance Dives: $5 regardless of when entry is submitted - can add more day of. All practice dives will be at the same time, before the start of each Distance Dive Class. It will not be during your actual turn.

Entry Window 1: July 16 - July 31: $12 per class or $65 if you enter all classes.

Entry Window 2: August 1- August 31: $15 per class or $80 if you enter all classes.

Entry Window 3: September 1-10: $18 per class or $95 if you enter all classes.

Day Of: $20 per class or $115 if you enter all classes.

Day Of class additions for pre-entered dogs: $18

"All you can enter" package does not include package jumps - those must be purchased separately.

Cancellation Policy: Individual class scratches will be refunded 50%. Whole competition scratches will be refunded 25%. If you take advantage of the "all you can enter" discount and end up scratching individual classes, each class you scatch will receive a refund of $6, rather than 50%.

By clicking submit, I acknowledge that my entry will not be considered as "received" until payment has been made via PayPal, Venmo, or a mailed check. Entry Window Pay Periods are determined by the date that payment is received, not the date that the form is received. In the case that you do not have PayPal or Venmo, Entry Window Pay Periods will be determined by the post-mark date on my mailed check.

Once you have entered the dock, you are considered as "participated" in your turn. A dog's failure to jump will not be refunded as a scratch. A class scratch must be made before you enter the dock for that class.
