I hereby give notice that I will be vacating the unit listed above and terminating my rental agreement with Spartan RV LLC. I intend to vacate this unit on the date listed below. As agreed upon in my rental agreement, if I do not give a 10 day notice to vacate, I may be liable for an additional month’s rent and/or late fees. I understand if I have remaining months on my six (6) or twelce (12) month agreement, I will be billed the remaining balance in full upon submission of this notice to vacate. I also understand that I am responsible for removing all contents from my space.
