  • About This Form:

    I use this form to collect all the information I need in order to start a project. Information like size, placement, and style help me to understand your vision so that I can translate your ideas into a tattoo design. I will contact you via email once I receive your form to ask follow-up questions and set a date and time for your tattoo appointment. I respond to booking forms on the 1st and 15th of every month.   • Pricing and Policies:

    I charge by the piece, but it typically works out to about $150 an hour. I require a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve all tattoo appointments. The $100 deposit price is taken off the final price of your tattoo. In the event that you need to reschedule, I am happy to transfer the deposit to a new date once as long as I’m given at least 24 hours notice of the need to reschedule. If you decide to cancel the appointment or fail to show up, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reserve a new appointment.
