Payment must be made in full with order.
Orders are subject to availability.
Delivery will be made by your Consultant within 30 days and will normally be delivered or avaliable for collection within five days of your order. The total price includes delivery.
Your contract of sale is with your Consultant who is an independent seller of The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan range of products. She is not an agent of The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order any time up to 14 days after delivery of the goods. To do so, you must make a clear statement of your wish to cancel. That statement should be communicated (e.g. by letter or email) to your Consultant (contact details above). If posted or emailed, notice of cancellation takes effect when posted or sent.
Provided that any goods which you have received under the cancelled contract have been returned (at your own expense) complete and in good condition to your Consultant within 14 days of your cancellation, you will be entitled to receive a full refund using the same means of payment as you used for your payment. You will incur no fees for that reimbursement.
To exchange products for other flavours, the product that you are returning must be in a resellable condition and must be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
By law your products must correspond with their description and be of satisfactory quality.

The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan complaints handling policy, in accordance with our aim of total dieter satisfaction, we will acknowledge any complaint within two working days and will seek to resolve it as soon as possible thereafter.
