The People’s Notice to All Committeemen, Selectmen, Assembly Men, etc… to Exercise Powers as the People to Restore Republican States in America

 

I, one of the People (as seen in the 50 Republican State Constitutions) do present this notice to you that you and the blessed people of America may be uplifted in the knowledge of their God given powers, that the People may restore all Republican State governments and bring swift justice in the following areas as is your right;

 
Please take notice that you do not have to settle for having elections administered and ran without the proper form as prescribed by the law. These elections are nullities and can be reran according to the will of the People (see evidence below):

Maxim: Where the law prescribes a form, the nonobservance of it is fatal to the proceeding, and the whole becomes a nullity. Best, Ev. Introd. S. 59.

 
Please take notice that the fundamental maxims of law are universally accepted as true at the most basic and common levels, and are clear as to what happens when actors fail to follow the form given by the People and their legislatures.

 
Please take notice that government servants at the highest levels have allowed for child rape rings to exist while hiding the facts when it comes to the involvement of Politicians, high paid entertainers, and others who have participated in the raping of children. Ghislaine Maxwell was sentenced to 20 years in prison for assigning children to be raped by these same People but the list of actors who committed these heinous crimes are being intentionally withheld and hidden from the People by the People’s courts. Therefore, as a People, we are responsible for allowing our money to be used, as well as our courts, to hide the actions of traffickers. Furthermore, we as the People have the authority to change all constitutions and demand that all Grand Jury’s be placed back in the control of the People where we can prosecute all bad actors, and freeze, and take all of their assets to bring restitution and justice to all (see evidence below):

Please take notice that the People have all political power and no power is granted to any government servant that wasn’t granted from the People’s Power (see evidence below):

Please take notice that we the People, never gave our servants the power to change election rules, procedures or laws, nor did we grant the power to hide criminal acts, or to make the choice to ignore the crimes of their friends in office;

 
Please take further notice that the people never gave authority for their government servants to attack their commerce and prosperity. The current administration has done the following:

• Taken oil that it prohibits the American People from using to send to China, interfering with the American People’s ability to lower gas and oil prices.
• The FBI has been allowed to attack a sitting President using false evidence made up through the FBI’s own actions and/or at their direction, while the FBI has no charter allowing them to lawfully exist.
• The States and Political Subdivisions were paid money by the Federal Government as well as other private entities to lock down States causing catastrophic loss of wealth and a massive decline in commerce.
• The borders of America are left open while sending billions of dollars to the Country of Ukraine to allow in securing Ukraine’s borders.
• The DOJ and FBI spend time attacking the people who are reporting crimes on a regular basis.

It is therefore the will of the People, that you make resolutions, immediately, to return access to the Grand Jury of all states and counties to be directly accessible to the People who have been wronged by bad government actors. Furthermore, we demand that you immediately write resolutions to alter, reform and abolish any government system or Constitution in order to protect the People and the body politic, and to remove and prosecute bad actors that are blocking the People’s remedy. Please take notice that for many years corruption has been allowed to be covered up by those who collude and share money from their corruption and that bad federal programs have been used to steal the American’s Social Security Funds. It is in your power to reform, alter and abolish all wrongs and failing systems by right as seen in the Virginia Bill of Rights where it’s explained as a right for any PEOPLE, NATION, OR COMMUNITY (See evidence below):

That government is, or ought to be, instituted for the common benefit, protection, and security of the people, nation, or community; of all the various modes and forms of government, that is best which is capable of producing the greatest degree of happiness and safety, and is most effectually secured against the danger of maladministration; and, whenever any government shall be found inadequate or contrary to these purposes, a majority of the community hath an indubitable, inalienable, and indefeasible right to reform, alter, or abolish it, in such manner as shall be judged most conducive to the public weal.

 
Please take notice that this is not a partisan issue as no partisan issue should interfere with the People’s will to correct bad government actors, protect our body politics, nor leaving our nation free and not led by lifelong Politicians who will put their private interest and business deals before the People, while using the People’s good name and power.
