Waves Resilience Training

There are only 20 places for Waves Resilience Training during 2024/25. These 20 places are funded through Communities for Children Funding.

Priority for these places will be given to:

1. Vulnerable young people (12+) and adults in families in Shellharbour who find it hard to engage with more traditional talk focused therapies because of their experience of trauma, and

2. Because these 20 places are fully funded, including transportation, priority will given to vulnerable young people and adults in families in Shellharbour who are economically disadvantaged. e.g. they may be in a family who survives on a low income, live in public housing or supported accomodation etc.

3. Priority may be given to young people who do not fit into 1 and 2 above if the need is high.

It is also possible to refer to Waves Resilience Training on a fee for service arrangement. So please complete the form below if you would like to talk through the possibility of fee for service sessions.
