I understand things come up but in order to serve all clients efficiently the following policies are now effective. Cancellation Policy: Minimum of 48 hour notice is required for any change or cancellation. Cancellation/Rescheduling fee: within 48 hrs = 25% of scheduled service. Within 24 hrs = 50% of scheduled service. No call no show= 100% of scheduled service. Late arrivals may be adapted to fit schedule without price adjustment. Arriving 15 mins late can result in rescheduling and a fee may be applied. If you are feeling sick please reach out asap to get rescheduled.
