    Extras, Utilities and Add ons are available for order through the Exhibitor Portal (six weeks prior to the Expo)

    Items added to your stand/exhibition up to and during the show will be invoiced separately post expo.

    - Tables & Black Table Cloths
    - EFTPOS
    - Changing Rooms

    We will also have information on other contractors and services for you.

  • Exhibitor Products, Services and Brands

    We will replicate your Products, Services and Brands from your existing Booking, please let us know via email if there are any changes to the Products, Services or Brands you are bringing

    Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will be able to exhibit all the items you have done in the past or may want to. 
    Due to the growing industry that we are in, we need to regularly review this aspect across all of the Baby Expos (this will not necessarily work on first in first served basis either).

    Please make sure you fill in the booking contract form correctly, do not presume that we are aware of all the products/brands that you exhibit or have exhibited in the past.

  • Payments + Invoicing:

    Once your Booking Contract has been confirmed, you will be issued an invoice.
    This will be due to be paid in full by the 20th of month prior to the commencement of the expo, or specified date on the invoice.
    Items and Utilities added to your stand / site up to and during the expo will be invoiced separately after each expo.

    Please note you can make payments at any stage between now and when the invoice is due and we will reconcile this against your account – so you are welcome to set up monthly payments etc.
    We require the account to be settled in full by the due date, as per our terms and conditions, otherwise late payment penalties may apply.
    Credit Card payments are accepted – there is a 2.5% Fee

  • We understand the requirement to hold a Current Public Liability Insurance policy, and also agree to adhere to the Event & Venue Health & Safety policies (including electrical tag & test).
