WHO/WHAT:
Boys & girls ages 7-14 play on co-ed teams in three ability levels: beginning, intermediate and advanced. No experience is necessary - new players are welcome at any age or level!
14-year-old players entering into their freshman year in High School are encouraged to play one last season every Fall.
WHEN/WHERE:
Matches
Six-match season on Sundays, October 2 to November 6, 2022 at Argonaut High and Amador High School tennis courts.
Match start time depends on level:
At Argonaut
Beginning starts sometime between 12:30-1:30 and lasts an hour.
Intermediate first round starts between 1:30-2:30 pm and lasts for 1.5hrs.
Intermediate second round starts between 3-4pm and lasts for 1.5hrs.
At Amador
Advanced starts between 3:30-4:30 and lasts 1.5 hrs.
Practices
Each team will have ONE 60-75min practice during the week on a day/time that works for you. Practices typically start between 4-5:30pm on weekdays.
Final team rosters will be sent via email and practices will begin the week of September 19, with optional practices the week September 12 (2-3 practices before the first match on October 2).
ASSESSMENT DAY: Sunday, August 28 starting at 2pm @ Argonaut High School Courts
In order to ensure a positive experience for ALL players, we conduct assessments to ensure teams are properly matched.
NEW THIS FALL: After you register we will help you determine if you need to attend Assessment Day. If so, will receive a signup link to schedule your 15min window. They will have the opportunity to arrive early and warm-up.
You must be registered to attend Assessment Day. Registrations cannot be turned in at assessments!
Do NOT need to attend if:

You are new to the league and would like your child (age 7-10) will be playing on a Beginner team.

You have played on a Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced JTT team before and plan to play at the same level.

Received prior authorization by the League Director to advance to the next level.
DO plan on attending Asessment Day if:

You are new to the league, age 7-10, and want to be assessed to play on an Intermediate team.

You are new to the league and are 11 or over.

You have played on a Beginner or Intermediate JTT team before and want to move up a level.
