Sugar Shack 'N Brew Policies:

Requests must be submitted 2 weeks before event date. I will contact you within 2 business days to discuss your design, and then you will receive an invoice within 24 hours. Payment must be received to book your date. Once the cupcakes are picked up they are your responsibility to keep safe. They may be fragile so they should be handled with care. Sugar Shack Cupcakes does not offer refunds, but we know life happens so we do our best to be flexible and reschedule as needed. If you need to cancel your order, I require one week notice. Orders must be picked up at the time agreed upon. Pickup times are limited to after 5 p.m. on weekdays and open availability to schedule on weekends.
