    The expectation is that you commit to all 9 activities (face-to-face and on-line) as well as quarterly Zoom coaching sessions over the course duration. Below are the workshop topics and dates. All face-to-face activities will be held in, and around, Glen Innes.
  • Introduction & Personal Values (on-line delivery) 31st August 2022

    Vision + Values for Leadership (face-to-face) 27 September 2022

    Good Governance (face-to-face) 22 November 2022

    Leading through Change + in Times of Change (face-to-face) 23 November 2022

    Board Dynamics & Decision Making (2 day session face-to-face) 6-7 December 2022

    Goals & Focus (on-line delivery) 13 December 2022

    Time Management (on-line delivery) 17 January 2023

    Bringing it all Together, Peer Network (face-to-face) 7 March 2023

    Forum / Finale Dinner with Guest Speaker (face-to-face)

     

    NB - dates may be subject to change.  Face-to-face workshops will be 6 hours (including breaks) and on-line sessions 2 to 3 hours (including breaks).  On-line sessions will typically be held late afternoon / evening.
