BIRDY P45 Pre-Order - Terms and Conditions

1. This pre-order is available while stocks last.
2. The Birdy P45 is priced at $5,500 (inclusive of GST). The estimated collection date for the Birdy P45 is the end of April.
3. The new bike warranty is tagged to you, the original buyer, and is not transferable if you resell or give away the bike.
4. Bike collection must be done in person; you cannot authorize someone else to pick it up on your behalf.
5. Your new bike warranty will be registered online by Mighty Velo with your name and contact details.
6. This warranty covers the main frame for 24 months and non-wearable components for 12 months, protecting against manufacturing defects.
7. Free bike checks and tune-ups (excluding replacement of parts) are provided for the first 12 months from the date of purchase, and this is for the original buyer whose name is on the original invoice only.
8. Full payment is required for this pre-order and can be made via PayNow, Credit Card, or Credit Card Interest free Instalments. Note that you can must to our retail store to process Credit Card payments
9. The name used in the payment transaction must match the name on the invoice, or your order will be cancelled.
10. If you wish to cancel your order after payment has been made, there will be a $500 cancellation charge.
11. Once your bike has been collected from our store, returns or refunds are not permitted.
12. This offer is not valid with any other promotions, discounts, store credits, or voucher privileges.
13. Mighty Velo Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel and refund your bike order within 72 hours of receiving payment, without providing any reason or compensation.
14. Mighty Velo reserves the right to end this discount at any time.
15. Mighty Velo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove any of these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice.
