The Branch County Community Foundation is offering grants through the Women Who Care Fund (A Fund of the Branch County Community Foundation) from $200-$2,000 for charitable programs and organizations that benefit Branch County.
The mission of Women Who Care is to streamline fundraising for organizations that are changing lives in Branch County.
Applications are reviewed quarterly (February, May, August, and November) at the regularly schedule Women Who Care meetings. Recipients of mini grant funds will be notified by the Branch County Community Foundation.
Application Information:
Applications are due February 1, May 1, August 1, and November 1. Any applications received after the due will be considered at the following meeting. (examples: if a nomination is submitted January 2nd, it will be reviewed at the May meeting. A nomination that is submitted on December 31, it will be reviewed at the February meeting.)
Applicants must attend the next scheduled Women Who Care meeting that comes after the due date to give a quick overview of the application and answer any questions regarding the application.
Orgaqnizations who receive funding from the Women Who Care Fund are required to fill out an evaluation with proof of spending (paid invoices, statements,etc) within twelve months of receiving funding.
Organizations who receive funding from the Women Who Care Mini Grant Fund will have a one-year waiting period until they are eligible to apply for another grant from this cycle.
