  • Would you like your story to be considered for inclusion on the MPSOM Community Building and Engagement (CBE) webpage?*
  • Examples of CBE-supporting projects include community-engaged programming, events or programs that celebrate multicultural perspectives, mentoring initiatives, and/or educational opportunities that strengthen collaboration across the university. Aligned with the Spiritan tradition of welcoming all and excluding none, CBE-supporting projects:

Support connections – creating opportunities for students, faculty, and staff to build meaningful relationships with each other and the surrounding community.

Encourage participation – ensuring that every member of our community feels able to take part and contribute, regardless of background or circumstance.

Cultivate belonging – nurturing an environment where each person feels recognized, valued, and inspired.

Foster compassion – acknowledging the diverse human experiences that shape our musical community.
