By entering your initials, you give permission for your child to attend MERGE and receive emergency medical care if needed. You agree not to hold Lake Ridge Christian Church, its staff, or volunteers liable for any injury, illness, or loss. If you requested pickup, you also give us permission to transport your child to the church.

Need a ride? We’re happy to help! If you live within 5 miles of Paris, our team can pick your child up after 5pm. Just select "Yes" below if you need this service. Pickup times may vary slightly at first, but we’ll keep you updated. Parents you will need to pick up your children at 8pm from Lake Ridge’s Family Life Center (Gym).
