This form is for anyone interested in becoming a dedicated team member of Omnia Catholic. Positions are available for most of our platforms and/or programs.

I understand that not all applicants will be accepted or contacted due to limited team sizes.

Though these are volunteer positions, I understand that applicants are expected to be prepared for consistent completion of duties.

Workload will be determined on a case-by-case basis in most situations.

I agree to meeting on a regular basis with frequency being determined by my supervisor.

I understand that my position is not permanent and will be reviewed after a probationary period with a length to be determined by a supervisor.
