I, the Buyer (individual agent or guardian of Member) understand that use of Casi's BootCamp service involves risk of injury to my person and my property, I will assume full responsibility of such risks.I understand I will be cross country walking or running.I hereby release and hold harmless Casi's BootCamp, it's agents and employees, from liability to me, my heirs and assigns for any loss or damage to me, and forever give up any claims therefore on account of injury (including death) to my person or property whether caused by the active or passive negligence of Casi's BootCamp.I acknowledge and fully assume the risk of illness or death related to COVID-19 arising from participating in the Activities, and hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant NOT to sue Casi's BOOTCAMP, it's agents and employees and assigns (the "Releases") from any and all liability related to COVID-19 that might occur as a result of participating in the activities.This Agreement constitutes the entire form the parties and no other agreement or understanding exists between the Buyer and Casi's BootCamp.If you have history of any cardiopulmonary disease you should consult your physician before joining a fitness challenge. Casi's BootCamp recommends that you consult your physician before beginning any exercise or fitness challenges.I grant permission for the use of my name and photographs for any legitimate purpose. Any discrepancy between the original Agreement and any copy of the original agreement shall be controlled by the original Agreement.
