To apply for a scholarship through the Moore County Health Foundation Nursing Fund, please complete and submit the following electronic form. The applicant must be pursuing a Registered Nurse (RN) degree or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at the Moore County campus or the Amarillo Campus of Amarillo College or a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) degree at Frank Phillips College.
