  • IMPORTANT: IF YOU ARE CLAIMING A LAST MINUTE SPOT I POSTED ON MY STORY PLEASE DO NOT FILL OUT THIS FORM. THIS IS THE ONE EXCEPTION TO THE NO DM BOOKING RULE AS THESE FORMS ARE ANSWERED TWICE A WEEK BY MY ASSISTANT AND WILL NOT BE LOOKED AT IN TIME.

  • *BOOKING/POLICY INFORMATION - PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY*

    • My minimum rate for flash pieces is $180 (this base rate covers supplies and pays me for my time/labour during our appointment) 
    • I always require an $80 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to reserve your time spot and flash chosen
    • If you wish to change designs after your appointment has already been finalized, A NEW DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED to reserve your new piece. This rule is in place to avoid multiple design changes and to allow the process to be as straightforward as possible for both me and my clients. 
    • If rescheduling your appointment, your deposit can be transferred to a new date if you reschedule at least 3 DAYS prior to your upcoming appointment.
      Any last minute rescheduling within 72 hours of your appointment requires a new $80 deposit. 
               NOTE: Your deposit can be transferred to a new date one time without any extra charge. However, an additional deposit of $25 will be required if you wish to move your appointment again. I understand things come up but this rule is in place to avoid multiple reschedules which leaves me with gaps in my schedule that I am unable to fill
    • I offer reduced PWYC/sliding scale rates for BIPOC/QPOC folks--please specify your budget in specified area. Not all budgets will be doable but i am always open to make slight modifications to the piece to work within a budget
