FedEx Label Instructions for International Travel Certificates

MANY COUNTRIES REQUIRE THAT YOU TRAVEL WITH THE USDA’S ORIGINAL ENDORSED DOCUMENTATION. FOR THOSE COUNTRIES YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE US WITH A PRIORITY OVERNIGHT FEDEX MAILING LABEL TO RECEIVE THE ORIGINALS.

 

If you need a FedEx Shipping Label for your documents, please follow the prompts to walk you through the steps of creating a shipping label.

 

If you are not able to obtain a shipping label for your pet’s travel papers, UAH can do it for a fee. Please let us know if you would like us to do for you. 

1. STEP ONE

Go to www.fedex.com and select  SHIPPING → “CREATE A SHIPMENT”

2. STEP TWO

Log in or create a one-time shipment. 

In the FROM and RECIPIENT categories you must put the address where you wish to receive the documents. It should appear as though you are sending the package from your address to your address. 

Note: You will most likely receive the documents only 1-3 days before your travel date, so choose your delivery address accordingly.

3. STEP THREE

Select FedEx “One Rate” and then select “FedEx Envelope” as the shipping option. 

4. STEP FOUR

Select the “PRIORITY OVERNIGHT” option. You can choose a ship date a day or two after your appointment, however it doesn’t matter if it’s mailed after that. Only the type of shipment matters.

*** PLEASE NOTE: If the timing of your trip may require a Saturday Delivery, please select a Friday ship date and Saturday delivery date. It should look like the example below.

5. STEP FIVE

When prompted to print, make sure to have it emailed to your personal email address and to info@UAHNYC.com . Write your last name, your pet’s name, and destination country in the body of the e-mail. Please note the date/time of your upcoming appointment in the subject line.

 

Your shipping label should now be all set for your travel papers!
