  • MANY COUNTRIES REQUIRE THAT YOU TRAVEL WITH THE USDA’S ORIGINAL ENDORSED DOCUMENTATION. FOR THOSE COUNTRIES YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE US WITH A PRIORITY OVERNIGHT FEDEX MAILING LABEL TO RECEIVE THE ORIGINALS.

     

    If you need a FedEx Shipping Label for your documents, please follow the prompts to walk you through the steps of creating a shipping label.

     

    If you are not able to obtain a shipping label for your pet’s travel papers, UAH can do it for a fee. Please let us know if you would like us to do for you. 

  • 1. STEP ONE

    Go to www.fedex.com and select  SHIPPING → “CREATE A SHIPMENT”

    Log in or ship as guest.

    *** IF YOU NEED SATURDAY DELIVERY, YOU MUST BE LOGGED IN. ***

    In the FROM and DELIVER TO categories you must put the address where you wish to receive the documents.

    It should appear as though you are sending the package from your address to your address. 

    Note: You will most likely receive the documents only 1-3 days before your travel date, so choose your delivery address accordingly.

  • 3. STEP FOUR

    Select FedEx “One Rate” and then select “FedEx Envelope” as the shipping option. You may need to fully populate the addresses in the previous section in order to be able to select "One rate".

  • 4. STEP FIVE

    Select the “PRIORITY OVERNIGHT” option. You can choose a ship date a day or two after your appointment, however it doesn’t matter if it’s mailed after that. Only the type of shipment matters.

  • PLEASE NOTE: If the timing of your trip may require a Saturday Delivery, please select a Friday ship date and Saturday delivery date. It should look like the example below.

    If you do not see this option, click Views -> Compact version in the top right. 


  • 4. STEP SIX

    Select an option in the Pickup/Droff section. If you're logged into an account, you can choose either option. The USDA has pickups but the label is the same even if you choose "drop off".

    When prompted to print, make sure to save a copy in PDF form and email to info@UAHNYC.com

    Write your last name, your pet’s name, and destination country in the body of the e-mail. Please note the date/time of your upcoming appointment in the subject line.

     

    Your shipping label should now be all set for your travel papers!
