Sponsors understand that the nature of Big Wheels involves the interaction of families and sponsors attendants. While the Center for Children will make every effort to ensure a safe event for all involved, the sponsor understands they are responsible for the oversight and safety of its own products. Therefore, sponsor agrees and acknowledges that while voluntarily participating in Big Wheels, sponsor assumes the risk of any and all injuries to sponsor volunteers and sponsor property; acknowledges that the Center for Children and their employees and volunteers are not in any way overseeing sponsor products/property at Big Wheels and will hold harmless, covenant not to sue, release, and waive any and all potential claims against the Center for Children and their employees and volunteers.
