Thank you for being a part of our annual Dogtober Fest! The deadline to have this form in is September 27, 2025. However, if available spots are reserved prior to the deadline, you will be placed on a waitlist. The event will begin at 9:00am and end at 3:00pm pm on October 4th. Set up begins at 7:15am for food trucks and 7:45 for all other vendors for safety. Vendors must be completely set up with all vehicles away from the premises by 8:45 am at the latest. We ask that you stay for the entirety of the event, so be sure to be as prepared as possible! Food trucks will be set up along the street on Delaware, animal rescues and vendors will be set up in the First National Bank overflow parking next to blush Beauty Bar, and all other vendors will be stationed on 10th Street between New York Avenue and Delaware on either side of blush Beauty Bar's entrance. All vendors will be assigned a number or letter that correlates with their spot as soon as we have all of the vendor forms in. After submitting this form, keep an eye on your email for an invoice from blush Beauty Bar for your vendor fee.
