History/HistoireIf you have a current Cannabis Prescription and are looking to join TVF family instead, we sure find it helpful if you have the decision letter which shows you have additional coverage above 3 grams the name of your previous Cannabis Prescribing Clinic or Doctor. This is your first step to becoming a member. We will be contacting you to book you a prescribing appointment with one of our NPs or Doctors and sending you a medical history form to fill out.

Your prescription appointment will be a 5–10 minute appointment that is very non-invasive and from there, your Cannabis prescription will be active within a day or so. This Cannabis prescription is a yearly appointment with us to keep your Cannabis prescription current.
