**Registration is a commitment to attend, as space is limited and each class is carefully prepared in advance. Please sign up only if you are certain you can be present. Registration closes before the day of class, and we cannot accommodate same-day sign-ups. Any same-day registrations will be applied to the next available class.

If you are unable to attend, please let us know at least 48 hours before class so another student may participate.

We understand that life happens. However, consistent no-shows without communication may lead to removal from future registration until space can be reliably honored.
Tai Chi for beginners first steps, guided class. Tai Chi Principles. Saturday 12:00 pm - 12:45 pm ($15 class) No experience required.Tai Chi Team: Tai Chi Yang and Wudang style. Tai Chi Fan. Saturday 10:00 am - 11:00 am ($15 class) Beginners completion is required.Qigong for health: Tai Chi Stick, Daoyin of the Dragon, 5 Animals Wuqinxi. Saturday 11:00 am - 12:00pm ($15 class) No experience required.
