This is an Over-the-Board Tournament.

The Virginia Chess Federation is proud to assist in supporting this National Championship event. We also are pleased that the New Jersey State Chess Federation also is providing local assistance.

Early Entry through this form will be available until Friday at midnight on Oct 7th. Afterwards, the only way to enter is on-site at the tournament.

Round 1 starts at 0900 hrs on Saturday Oct 8th!!

Chess Sets will be provided by the VA Chess Federation, but you are welcome to bring your own. PLEASE BRING YOUR INCREMENT-CAPABLE CHESS CLOCK.

This tournament is US Chess-rated and FIDE-rated. ALL PLAYERS must be members of the US Chess Federation. US Chess membership is available on-site--cash, check or credit cards accepted.

Our "COVID-19" policy is TBD and will be based on the policy in effect at Joint Base MDL at the time of the tournament. Bring your mask and be prepared to observe COVID-19 protocols.
