Thank you for completing the form. Once we have received your application, an invoice for payment will be sent to you. The invoice MUST be paid in full before any meeting space will be assigned to you. When you receive your invoice, please be sure to pay as soon as possible to secure your space.
Confirmation on location and set-up will be sent to you upon confirmation with the venue.

Important Deadlines:
All space request, or changes submitted after Friday, June 9, 2023 will incur a late fee of $250 in addition to the standard application fee. All space request, or changes submitted after Friday, July 28, 2023, wil incurr a late fee of $500 in addition to the standard application fee.
Be advise no new meeting request will be accepted after Friday, August 25, 2023.
