*Tents, Tables, Chairs, Display, Point of Sales, etc. is to be provided by the individual vendor and is NOT the responsibility of Legacy DIY.

Standard Rate includes 10ft X 10ft space within the Night Market, for the duration of the event.

Special rates are available to Legacy DIY Urban Market Space Vendors.

Invoice will be sent once the application is approved. Space will not be reserved until payment is made.

Cancellation outside of 7 days for Full Refund.

Cancellation between 7 days & 72hrs of event start will result in a Legacy DIY credit.

Cancellation within 72hrs of event start will be 100% non-refundable.

Due to some issues that arose at last year's event, we have made the decision to add one very strict rule for this year's event:

***Absolutely NO Anti-Covid-19 or political flyers/handouts/signage of any sort will be allowed in the Night Market area of this event****

We ask that this event remain non-controversial, as it is a family & community event. In doing so, we restrict anyone from displaying signs or handing out any form of anti-Covid-19 or Political flyers during this event.

We understand that everyone has their own opinion on these matters, we just ask that these opinions not be forced on our community during this event.

Anyone that does not abide by this rule will be be asked to pack up and leave, and no refund will be provided.
