    We do not charge anything to repair or replace your damaged jewelry. However we do not cover the shipping. By charging for shipping is how we are able to offer a "Lifetime Warranty".
  • Steps on how to return your items:

    1. Placed your item inside a bubble mailer.
    2. Make sure to write your "Warranty ID" number on the outside of your package. This ID # should have been emailed to you. 
    3. Close the envelope and take it to your local post office. 
    4. Pay for the shipping.
    5. Returns take up to 10 days to process. 
    6. Once we have repaired or replaced your item/items we will mail it back to yous using the address and info your have provided above.
