Welcome to AllTrack’s self-serve music licensing portal for municipalities. Under the United States Copyright Act, municipalities are required to properly license the right to play recorded music (streaming, background, TVs, etc.) and/or host live musical performances. AllTrack issues blanket performance licenses to municipalities to comply with these requirements and distributes the related proceeds to its affiliated songwriters, composers, producers and music publishers in the form of royalties.
