***Note for CSW applicants***
Please disregard if you are not applying for the CSW delegation.
It has come to our attention that the application instruction pack contained a version control error. This has now been corrected.
In the original application pack it stated "The 67th session takes an intersectional approach to attaining gender equality of all women and girls in the context of climate change, environmental and disaster risk reduction policies and programmes. It is also committed to improving and strengthening women’s economic empowerment in the changing world of work (agreed conclusions of the sixty-first session)."
Those are the priority and review themes of the last Commission on the Status of Women (CSW66) and not the upcoming Commissionon on the Status of Women (CSW67). Our sincere apologies for any confusion caused.
CSW67’s theme is Innovation and technological change, and education in the digital age for achieving gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls and the review theme is Challenges and opportunities in achieving gender equality and the empowerment of rural women and girls (agreed conclusions of the sixty-second session).
Please see the updated instruction pack accessible via the application portals.
Please note that any applications (including both personal statements and proposals) which refer to last year's theme will not be disadvantaged during the scholar selection process. While submitted applications will not be disadvantaged, we wanted to ensure everyone is aware of the accurate themes for the upcoming CSW 67 forum.
