  • This ultimate marketing tool offers you extra promotion that its included in the Registration Fee. The 40 best innovation products will be selected and displayed in the Innovation Pavilion. You can send in your products or samples (when it has a expiration date) from the 1st of April till the 10th of June 2025.

  • Please send us detailed information on:

  • Payment Terms

  • The rent for participation at Free From Functional & Health Ingredients, plus the applicable VAT, will be paid in two installments, in accordance with Article 5 of the General Conditions, as follows:

    • 60% of the total amount for the participation, which will be invoiced after confirmation of the application by the organizer.
    • The remaining 40% will be invoiced within 6 months prior to the event. All invoices are payable within 14 days after the invoice date.

  • Social Media

  • Free From Functional & Health Ingredients will be promoted on a large scale Social Media campaign.

  • General Conditions

  • The General Conditions govern all contracts entered into by Expo Business Communications BV, Minervum 7444 B, 4817 ZG Breda, The Netherlands, with participants at the trade fairs, exhibitions and conferences (“the events”), organised by Expo Business Communications BV (“the organiser”), in the Netherlands or anywhere else in the world. 

  • Cancellation occuring:
    More than 6 months prior to the event
    Between 6 and 4 months
    Less than 4 months prior to the event

  • Cancellation charge:
    40% of total contract price (plus VAT)
    70% of total contract price (plus VAT)
    120% of total contract price (plus VAT)

  • By signing this Application Form I agree with the General Conditions and I declare that I will participate at Free From Functional & Health Ingredients, RAI Amsterdam 2024.
