    The questions below are designed to help us get to know you, your family and your lifestyle a little better. This allows us to understand what you’re looking for and, most importantly, help us find the right puppy match for you.

     

    Our puppies are raised with lots of love, care and attention, and finding them the perfect forever home is incredibly important to us. Their health, happiness, safety and overall welfare will always be our number one priority when considering placement into their new homes. 

     

    Please take your time completing the questionnaire and answer each question as honestly and openly as possible. It should only take around 5 minutes to complete.
