    • Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date you received your purchase.
    • Items must be in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. Helmets must be returned in secure packaging (preferably the cardboard box they are sent in. Helmet 28 reserves the right to reject any returns claim if goods are returned in an 'unsuitable manner'. Please note, this includes the addition of accessories to the helmet. If you have paid for our accessory fitment service, these items are not eligible for return, as is stated in our terms and conditions.
    • Include the invoice or packing slip.
    • If any of the above terms are not met when returning items, a restocking fee of €25 will be charged to you, the customer.
    • Refunds and exchanges will only be processed once original goods have been received and processed. Please allow up to 7 calendar days from date of receipt for the processing of returned items and reimbursement of funds.
