Job Description

Delivery/Pickup Personnel
We are looking for a reliable pickup/delivery driver who is concerned with customer satisfaction and transporting frozen drink machines in a safe, timely manner. The driver will pickup and drop off large and very heavy frozen drink machines while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. You should be willing to work as part of the delivery team in order to ensure that the items are complete, and safely picked up from the correct client.

About the company:

Slush Your Mouth rents the best frozen drink machines throughout the Kansas City area. Our specialty is margaritas, but we have over 90 flavors available! We deliver the machine, set it up, mix the drinks, pick it up after the event is over, and clean it. We cater to events big and small, from office parties for 25 people to festivals for over 20,000.

About the Job:

To succeed as a delivery/pickup driver, you should be polite, have a positive attitude, follow direction, posess the ability to follow the best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading or unloading a truck, have strong communication skills, and the knowledge to utilize GPS tracking/mapping systems.

Responsibilities include loading, transporting, delivering and picking up items from clients in a safe, timely manner and ensuring all customers are satisfied.

About the machine:

The stainless steel, industrial size frozen drink machine is about 190 pounds. It sits on a heavy-duty cart on wheels. There are several ways to move the machine and that will be assessed and determined based on your physical ability. This is the hardest part of the job but it’s over quickly!
