1.     Application fees are $150.00 as per fee schedule for a Pool.
2.     Plans, diagrams and other data shall be submitted in one (1) complete set with its application form.
3.     Permit fees are charged as per fee schedule:
Pool at $2.00 per square foot
4.     Architects/Engineers are required to stamp AND sign each page of the documents submitted.
5.     Technicians are required to clearly write their names AND sign each page of the documents submitted.
