Terms and Conditions:
Rental: This is a rental agreement between All Tapped Out, LLC and {fullName3} who will be named customer throughout this rental agreement.
Trailer Use and Rules
Use: Use of the trailer is limited to it's intended purpose as to serve drinks during an event.
1. At no time will the customer ever use the trailer for any other purposes other than storing items inside the trailer related to food or drinks. The trailer cannot be used to transport any other items as those items may damage the interior of the trailer.
2. The trailer shall not be moved unless otherwise determined by All Tapped Out, LLC. The trailer will be equiped with a security device to help deter any movement during the rental, however it is the customer's responsibility to keep the trailer free from damage during their event.
3. The trailer needs to be returned with the exterior clean and free from debris or a separate $100 cleaning fee will be assessed. This includes any mud, dried stains from liquid, spills, grass or other debris on the trailer during its use. The interior lines of the trailer will be professionally cleaned by All Tapped Out, LLC after each use to ensure sanatary conditions.
Payment Terms
Deposit:
There is a $100 non-refundable deposit that is used to hold your desired date of use. This deposit is due at the time of booking and will be credited to your full rental price after use.
Rental Rates:
The trailer has a daily rental rate of $350 for Monday through Thursday rental and a daily rental rate of $450 for Friday through Sunday.
Invoicing:
Full payment is due before the trailer will be delivered or allowed to be picked up for an event. The trailer will not leave All Tapped Out, LLC's property unless the full rental price has been paid. We do not accept cash or checks as payment. All payments must be submitted through an electronic means either through ACH payment, venmo, or through our internal payment processing.
Pickup & Dropoff Times
Delivery:
The trailer can be delivered within a 20 mile radius of Altoona, IA. The customer can also request to pick up the trailer themselves. Please discuss this specifically in the box below.
Dropoff times, meaning pre-event, are between 1 PM - 7 PM for the current day's event. Please arrange with All Tapped Out, LLC when is most convient for you.
Pickup times, meaning post event, are between 10 AM and 12 PM. The trailer needs to be cleaned up before it's picked up by All Tapped Out, LLC and all items need to be removed from the exterior or interior of the trailer. Failure to clean out the contents of the trailer will result in a $100 cleaning fee. The customer is responsible for all items inside and around the trailer and All Tapped Out, LLC is not responsible for any damages that may arise if these items have not been removed or moved away from the trailer.
Misc Services/Fees:
1. Delivery outside of a 20 mile radius of Altoona will be assessed a $1.50/mile fee to the venue and back from Altoona, IA.
2. A cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed if the exterior of the trailer has not been properly cleaned to its pre-rental state.
3. A generator can be rented in addition to the trailer if your location does not have adequate power where the trailer is place. A $150 rental fee will be included with a generator rental. This will provide 100 feet of extension cord and will power the trailer for 6 hours. You do not need to refuel the generator.
4. A trailer hitch can be rented if you decide to pull the trailer to your event to self deliver. The hitch will have a 2 inch receiver and can be rented for an additional $25.
