    TopUp Startups Accelerator Program

    Here we launch the second cycle of a unique program that aims to support the startups ecosystem in Egypt. In such a scope, Orange in partnership with GIZ Egypt and Sprints is introducing an acceleration journey composed of trainings and mentorship for start-ups to ensure their successful integration in the Egyptian market and enable graduates to pitch and connect with Orange network, investors and VCs for the sustainability and scalability of their services.

  • Program Map

    "Startups Accelerator" is a multi-stage program consisting of 5 phases:

  • 1. Call for applications: in a couple of weeks all applications will be reviewed against a certain pre-set criteria, interviews will be conducted with some of the applicants, and a total of 40 applicants maximum will be selected. 

    2. Introductory bootcamp: a 3-days journey covering different business key topics from market leaders. Following this phase, a maximum of 12 startups will be selected for acceleration.

    3. Acceleration program: a group of sessions on a period of 10 weeks tackling advanced topics based on the needs of each industry. 

    4. Final bootcamp: a 3-days out of Cairo trip focused on getting ready to the demo day in which vast exposure, fundraising activities and investment opportunities occur. 

    5. Demo day: pitching your startup infront of a big pool of Orange network, investors and venture capitalists.
