Member ID/Portal Access

You will receive your Member ID (NRDS#) and link to access the Member Portal after your application has been processed and payment has been posted.You will also receive the current year's Affiliate Member Sponsorship Guide.Please submit Contact info and Company Logo to: support@gsbor.com for our online Affiliate Directory
If accepted as an Affiliate Member of The Greater Springfield Board of REALTORS®, I hereby agree to abide by the Constitution and Bylaws as adopted by the Greater Springfield Board of REALTORS®

I further promise to pay annual dues of ($150.00) to The Greater Springfield Board of REALTORS® and to attend all general membership meetings if possible.

Affiliate Membership is an individual membership. If an Affiliate Member cancels membership for any reason there will be no refunds on dues previously paid and if the Affiliate Member should transfer from one company to another dues paid prior to transferring remain with that individual's original membership.

Affiliate Renewal dues are due January 1st. Renewal notices are sent via email.

Affiliate Members do not have MLS access or privileges.
