This fee is PER family, NOT per dancer and will hold the dancers place in any/all classes they register for. We will send you an information package with in-depth details about our 2026/2027 season along with the final class schedule and dancer(s) class placements closer to our September 8th start date. Please Note: This schedule is tentative and subject to change based on registration numbers, instructor availability, and studio needs. Classes may be combined, adjusted, rescheduled, or cancelled if minimum enrolment is not met. Final class placements and times will be confirmed closer to our start date.

**Class Requirements**

You must be enrolled in Ballet and/or Jazz at BRDA to do Lyrical.

You must be enrolled in Ballet and/or Jazz at BRDA to do Contemporary.

You must be enrolled in Jazz at BRDA to do Acro.

The technical basics learned in both Ballet and Jazz are hugely beneficial to the students progress in other disciplines. As the students get older having these strong foundations will really make a difference!

Battle River Dance Academy 2026-2027 Waiver As the parent or guardian of the child registered, I authorize the staff of Battle River Dance Academy to seek medical service in case of serious injury or illness if I am unable to be contacted. I further agree or accept financial responsibility therefore in excess of benefits allowed by my health plan. I give my voluntary consent to her/his participation in all dancing programs and activities provided by Battle River Dance Academy. I release Battle River Dance Academy, its principals, employees and agents, from any and all liability and waive all recourse, loss or damage, including any consequential damage or loss, claims, causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising from her/his participation in the activities. I voluntarily accept the legal risk, thereby expressly giving up any right of action for the physical risk arising from all liability whether such liability arises in contact, by statute, specifically including, but not limited to, the Occupier's Liability Act or in any other manner. I acknowledge that by their very nature, the activities engaged in can be dangerous exposing participants to risks and hazards and that nevertheless freely and voluntarily assume all of the aforesaid risks and hazards.
