Frisco Fastpacs 2022-2023 Sign Up
Frisco Fastpacs is a local non-profit organization that offers meal assistance to currently enrolled FISD students, through our weekend meal pack program. These meal packs will contain breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for the entire weekend. Please use this online form to sign up your child/children individually. Your child’s school counselor will be notified of the enrollment and will discreetly give them a pack each Friday at their home campus.
For the FISRT middle school delivery, your student's weekend meal pack will be delivered in a descreet, plain, black drawstring bag. More details to follow.
**Parents are welcome to pick up the meal packs each Friday during school hours if your student is unable to bring them home.**
**PLEASE NOTE: This sign up form is for Elementary and Middle school students. High School Students have a different form to fill out.**
You only need to fill out the form one time for the entire school year and will receive a confirmation email immediately after signing up. By submitting this form, you are freely and willingly giving consent for your child to participate in this program and to be contacted via email or text message about program updates. In addition, you are acknowledging that if your child has food allergies, you will check the labels before allowing your child to eat any of the items. Furthermore, permission is given to Frisco Fastpacs and FISD to have access to this information. The information gathered on this application will be kept strictly confidential and used for nonprofit/educational purposes.
