About how many guests are you expecting?

At this moment - is the plan for the photo booth to be outside or inside?

Is the proposed booth location accessible without using an elevator or stairs? Are there any other potential obstacles we should know about? (If so; we may need to adjust accordingly adding time to our load-in schedule.)

Do you live on a one-way driveway, alley access only? Plan to set-up near water? Any staircases we might have to take in order get to the spot?)

Would you like our attendants to interact with your guests and encourage them to use the photo booth? (We may ask someone if they've taken their photo yet or, let a group table know that the photo booth is "now open".)
