Location: James Regional Sports Park, 8400 W. Robindale Rd., 89113
Satuday and Sunday event. All games start at 7am daily, will end no later than 8pm daily. Game schedule will be announced on November 4th.
Divsion details are as follows:
Open divisions are all 18+
. This means you must be a minumum of 18 years of age on November 12, 2022 to play.
3 GIFT PLAYERS ALLOWED ONLY IN FOLLOWING DIVISIONS: W-O30 (27+), W-O50 (47+), Coed Over 30 (27+), Coed Over 50 (47+), Men's Over 40 (37+), Men's Over 50 (47+).
NO GIFT PLAYERS IN:
Women's Open Division, W-O35, W-O40, Coed Open Division, Coed O35, Coed Over 40.
This means (example) if you are in an over 35 division you must be at least 35 years old OR turning 35 years old by 12/31/22 to play in this division.
Divisions that have less than 4 teams by October 21 (3 weeks prior) may allow additional gift players (up to 6) to keep division in tact. If your team is registered for a division that does not have 4 teams by 10/21 and we still can't make it work with 6 gift players the division will be canceled and we will refund you in full.

SOLD OUT = There is no more room for teams.
WAITLIST = We can only accept teams in these divisions in multiples of 2. If you wish to join the waitlist you must register your team and pay the deposit to be considered. Once a second team has registered we will accept both teams. In the event a second team does not register you can either move to an open division or we will send you 100% of your deposit back. All teams on the waitlist will be notified no later than October 21 to make a decision on new division or refund.

all players are required to be fully vaccinated or show proof of negative covid test within 48 hours prior to start of event.
all communication, rosters, waivers, etc is done online only.
All sales are final. No refunds will be given for any reason. Payments can NOT be used towards a future event.
In the event of another COVID type shut down all previous payments will be able to be used for a future event (up to 24 months).
