PLEASE TAKE NOTE:
- Doors to the theatre's main lobby open for check in at 9:00am. Doors to the auditorium open for seating at 9:30am.
- Online payments incur a slight increase due to PayPal service fees.
- Public, Private & Magnet Schools: Students & Chaperones each pay $8.00. Teachers attend free.
- For Homeschool Groups of 10 or more, the groups contact/coordinator attends the ballet free of charge. All other attendees pay $8.00.
- Children 2 & under (seated in a lap) attend free.
- Please be sure to list the reservation in both the name of the group- including the groups jurisdiction (i.e. Classical Conversations of Martinez), as well as the group coordinator's name. (The groups coordinator will be the one to check the group in on the day of the show.)
- On the day of the show, everyone in the reserved group must be present before the groups coordinator checks them in at "Sign In" table in the lobby of the theatre. (*Please do not check in without the entire group present. Anyone who does not arrive at the same time as their group may be seated separately.)
- Once everyone in the group has been accounted for & the groups coordinator has checked in, an usher will show you to your seats.
(*On the day of the show, last minute additions to the original number reserved who have not yet paid, will still need to check in with their group in order to be seated with them, but needs to let the ballet's volunteer at the sign in table know they are not included in the original reservation, & may pay by cash, check, credit card, Venmo, or PayPal.)
