Greetings!

Thank you for your interest in booking an event with Sunrise White Dove Release. We are currently operating in the Mandeville , Slidell , and Lacombe Louisiana area.

On the next pages you will find a questionaire , calender , and price points for events. Packages are customizable depending upon the size of the event and availabilities of the birds. Minimum packages are non-negotiable. Extra fees for mileage due to "out of local area" travel may be applied. All prices and terms will be confirmed prior to event.

In our quest to retain bird quantity and quality certain conditions do apply for release. We take pride and responsibility for the safe return and health of each bird.

Disclaimer :

All events need to be approved then you will be contacted on payment instructions. Payments must be paid in full 24 hours prior to the event.

All releases are subject to be terminated due to unfavorable weather conditions like rain , thunderstorms, wind in excess of 15mph etc.

Staff will make a determination and consult with the client.

Partial refunds / Full refunds: Partial refunds will be made in the event that the event is cancelled. Full refunds will be given in case of incliment weather conditions.

Birds must be scheduled prior to 2 hours of Sunset unless approved by staff. This determination will be made in reference to event to loft.

Staff reserves the right to terminate the release at anytime for any reason.
