* I require a booking fee for all appointments and will send my bank details once we have discussed dates. I cannot hold slots so if I have not received the booking fee, no appointment has been made and you are not booked in.

* Booking fees are non refundable and a MINIMUM OF 48HRS NOTICE is required to rearrange an appointment.

* Appointments can be rearranged a maximum of two times per booking fee. Anymore amendments after this will require a new booking fee to be paid.

* Remaining balance is to be paid in cash on the day of your appointment. We do not have card payment facilities.

* Please inform me immediately if you change your mind on what you'd like as designs are not drawn up until a couple of days before the appointment.

I understand that the studio does not copy other peoples work and that the tattoo I am to receive is either custom drawn (usually the night before the appointment) or is bought in flash with which I have permission to use. Minor adjustments can be made on the day of the appointment.I understand that a booking fee is required at the time of making an appointment and that no dates will be held without one.I understand that booking fees are non refundable and any reschedules require at least 48hrs notice. If less than 48hrs is given, the booking fee will be forfeited.I understand that appointments can be rearranged a maximum of two times per booking fee.
