Chamber Golf Tournament Registration Form
The Chamber golf tournament will be held at the Cornwall Golf and Country Club on Tuesday, September 13th 2022 at 1 pm with a shotgun start.

Early Bird Pricing Foursome $800 +HST, double $400+HST, and single $225+HST.

After August 15, 2022, Foursome $900+HST, double $425+HST, and Single $250+HST.

Price includes a grab-and-go lunch, golf cart & deluxe buffet dinner by Chef Ahmed!
